Geiersbach most recently worked as vice president of strategy and corporate development at Boeing’s defense business, where he also helped lead its functions in acquisitions and research-and-development.
Prior to Boeing, he worked at Northrop Grumman as corporate director of strategic alliances.

Louis “Lou” Eichenbaum has joined this provider of enterprise micro-segmentation and breach containment as federal chief technology officer, a role he brings two decades of government experience to.
Eichenbaum most recently served as chief information security officer at the Interior Department, where he led its cyber function inclusive of Zero Trust implementations and deployment of new access management setups.
Now at ColorTokens, he will shape its technology roadmap for the federal user base.

Gregory “Gregg” Garrett has joined the cyber and physical security technology company as chief operating officer to help lead its federal-facing units, Evolver Federal and eVigilant.
The three-decade government technology veteran will also help oversee CSS’ growth agenda across IT, cyber and integrated security, and digital transformation.
Garrett most recently worked as COO at REI Systems and before that was a vice president of security at Peraton. The two-decade Air Force veteran has also published 24 books on technology and GovCon.
Nokia Federal Solutions
Scott Edwards has joined the U.S. government subsidiary of this telecommunications and IT equipment maker as chief financial officer.
The two-decade defense market veteran most recently worked as CFO for a Northrop Grumman division focused on weapons command-and-control, modernization and integration offerings.
Edwards also helped oversee Northrop’s sale of a training and satellite ground network services business to Serco Group’s North American subsidiary for $327 million.

Bobby King has joined this defense engineering and technology integration company as vice president of operations, a role that encompasses all eight of its business groups.
A three-decade defense sector veteran, King most recently worked as vice president of strategic growth at Omni Federal following his role as a senior vice president at CACI International.
Before entering industry, he served in the Air Force for 27 years and held various leadership roles in functions such as acquisition and IT.

David Simenc has moved up to the role of president at this developer of national security software solutions, where he will lead its overall operations and work alongside chief executive Jim Lisowski.
Simenc joined SciTec in 2012 as a staff engineer and most recently worked as vice president of its 300-person business unit focused on defense, intelligence and space solutions.
The two-decade industry veteran started his career as a research-and-development engineer at Northrop Grumman.

Andrew Canales has joined the Earth intelligence technology company as chief revenue officer to lead its sales and business development teams in both government and certain commercial markets.
The two-decade geospatial tech veteran most recently worked as vice president of business development for the U.S. government at Maxar.
He also previously led enterprise sales and territory teams at Maxar and one of its heritage businesses in DigitalGlobe.

Rob Albritton has joined the systems integrator as vice president of artificial intelligence innovation to lead strategies for developing AI-enabled capabilities.
The 25-year defense sector veteran most recently worked as a partner and AI innovation lead at IBM, which he joined in January 2024 via its $1.2 billion acquisition of Octo Consulting.
At Octo, he helped lead the creation of its oLabs mission engineering and innovation center that functioned as the company’s product generation engine. His industry career also includes roles at Mitre Corp. and NVIDIA.

Greg Lundy has joined this global government services company as vice president of technology to lead its independent research-and-development initiatives and overall innovation strategy.
The two-decade technology veteran most recently worked at RTX’s Collins Aerospace segment. His career also includes roles with Sony, Booz Allen Hamilton and the Navy.
Lundy will report to Roger Mason, V2X’s chief growth officer.
Nox Health
Clare Martorana, the former federal chief information officer, has joined the board of directors for this provider of sleep health solutions such as diagnostic technologies and prescription digital therapeutics.
Before entering government in 2016, the 25-year tech veteran’s industry career included senior executive roles at Everyday Health and WebMD. She was the fifth person to hold the federal CIO job before departing government in January 2025.
Nox Health develops its solutions to aid in the treatment of conditions such as sleep apnea and insomnia.
Second Front Systems
Nand Mulchandani, a former chief technology officer for the CIA, has joined the board of directors at this public benefit software company focused on national security.
The 25-year tech veteran’s government career also includes service as CTO for the Defense Department’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. Mulchandani has also co-founded and led several technology startups that were acquired by companies such as Cisco, Citrix, VMware and Oracle.
In addition to that, Second Front’s board also elected chief executive Tyler Sweatt as chairman to succeed co-founder Peter Dixon.
Thales Defense & Security
Douglas Small, a retired Navy admiral, and former DRS Technologies executive Terry Murphy have joined the board of directors at this subsidiary of the France-headquartered aerospace and defense company.
Small is a former commander of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, while Murphy was DRS’ chief operating officer at the time of his retirement in late 2018.
